Do I have to pay shipping and handling or taxes on ePUBs?
You do not have to pay shipping and handling charges for ePUBs. For sales tax purposes, ePUBs are considered to be shipped to your credit card billing address.
How do I read an ePUB?
There are two types of ePUBs and thus two methods of reading them. For HTML ePUBs, you can access the content through Your Media Library using a standard web browser. To read a .PDF ePUB, you must have the free reader software installed on the computer to which you download the ePUB. You can download the ePUB from Your Media Library immediately after purchase.
What is an ePUB reader and where can I get one?
An ePUB reader is the software you use to read to read a .PDF ePUB. You can download Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe web site.
Can I return an ePUB purchase?
